This is a web interface to decrypt or show encrypted passwords stored in Cisco VPN configuration files. The VPN configuration files by default are located in 'C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client\Profiles'. Open up the files in that directory and paste the information after the equal sign. e.g. if you configuration file was like
[main]
Description=BobsAutoBody
Host=127.0.0.1
AuthType=1
GroupName=BAB
GroupPwd=
enc_GroupPwd=93339DA8DF05232432ACD2114F21434D12412A98779ADC00F0000B0099C2137EA9362213F01963DDEFC123131FCFCCCFE1AA61G43G44GG9A

You would paste '93339DA8DF05232432ACD2114F21434D12412A98779ADC00F0000B0099C2137EA9362213F01963DDEFC123131FCFCCCFE1AA61G43G44GG9A' into the form below.

Decrypt that cisco VPN Password!!!
